Drew Christopher Brees was born on January 15, 1979 in Dallas, Texas. He is a famous football player from United States. As a child, Drew excelled at every sport he tried, but he was particularly good at football, baseball and basketball. Drew enrolled at Westlake High School in 1993.
Why Famous?
In highschool, he went 28–0–1 in his two years as a starting quarterback at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas. He won the state championship with Westlake High School and also holds many records there.
Heisman Trophy finalist in 1999 and 2000. Purdue University's all-time leader in passing yards (11,792), touchdowns (90), total offensive yards (12,693), completion percentage (.611), completions (1,026) and attempts (1,678). Drafted 32nd overall by the San Diego Chargers in the 2001 NFL draft.
Brees was named the NFL's Comeback Player of the Year in 2004, the Offensive Player of the Year in 2008, and the MVP of Super Bowl XLIV. He was also selected by voters to appear on the cover of Electronic Arts' Madden NFL 11. He has been selected to the Pro Bowl four times in his career – with the Chargers in 2004 and the Saints in 2006, 2008, and 2009.

Family
Football was an integral part of the Brees family culture. Drew’s grandfather, Ray Akins, was a legendary high school coach in the Lone Star State. His uncle, Marty Akins, was the starting quarterback for the University of Texas during the Earl Campbell era.

He married toBrittany Dudchenko in February 8, 2003. His child, Baylen was born on his 30th birthday on January 15, 2009.
