Nicole "Nikki" Yanofsky, was born on February 8, 1994. She is an American jazz / pop singer from Hampsted, Quebec, Canada. She has performed worldwide at various jazz festivals with artists such as Wyclef Jean, Celine Dion and Marvin Hamlisch. She is involved in various charitable causes and has recently released his debut album "Nikki" on own label Decca Records A440 Entertainment and other countries besides Canada.
Nikki played the national anthem at the opening and closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver 2010.
Nikki Yanofsky recorded "Airmail Special", a classic by Ella Fitzgerald for Verve Records in June 2007 is on the disc's "We All Love Ella: Celebrating The First Lady of Song. Produced by Tommy LiPuma, this song has made Nikki the youngest performer to record for Verve.
After that, Nikki recorded the song "Gotta Go My Own Way" in English and French for the movie "High School Musical 2." The song is included as bonus tracks on the international version of the DVD and soundtrack.
Following this she started a collaboration with Herbie Hancock (multiple Grammy-winning musician sites) and "Will.i.am" to record a new version of the of the swing era's "Stompin 'at the Savoy."

Nikki Yanofsky began her professional career in 2006 at Montreal International Jazz Festival. This interpretation makes Nikki, as only 12 years to be the youngest singer to go up on stage this festival.
Her debut album "Nikki" was released in Canada on April 20 and May 4 in the U.S.. Produced by Phil Ramone, the holder of 15 Grammy Awards, the album contains reinterpretations of jazz classics and her first personal compositions. In the summer of 2010 Nikki intends to go on tour in Canada, United States, Britain, Japan and Europe.
