Rachael Taylor was born on July 11, 1984 in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia and she is a celebrity, an actress and a model.

Rachael always wanted to be an actress and and she started performing in school plays from an early age. She was a Skye-Jilly International model and competed in Miss Teen Tasmania and later Miss World/Miss Universe.

She played Catherine Oxenberg in Dynasty and also played in Man-Thing and See No Evil, which were both horror movies. Taylor was nominated for a Logie Award, Most Popular New Famale Talent for her role in HeadLand. She made a major breakthrough in blockbuster Transformers (2007) in which she played "Maggie", starring alongside Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf.
